Tom’s Toothpaste “Natural Claims” Settlement

This class action settlement involves Tom’s of Maine and its parent company Colgate-Palmolive, over allegations about how certain toothpaste products were marketed.

The companies deny any wrongdoing, but agreed to settle to avoid the cost and risk of ongoing litigation.
